仁和跳箱運動實景

跳箱對幼兒來說算是一種較困難的運動,如果要跳好需要起跑的速度快,衝力夠,到踏板處時自然會有彈力,而手要按在箱子的前端(手指要張開)著地時兩腳的寬度是自己的肩膀寬。

因為跳箱需要在很短的時間內完成,所以要跳好跳箱應該要有各方面的基礎才行。一開始別急於學會跳箱,可以先玩一些與跳箱有間接性的遊戲或者事先看看跳箱高手如何跳箱,等有概念與慾望再來跳箱會比較容易。

仁和幼稚園的跳箱運動共分有九段,因爲孩子要有充分的基礎所以從第六段開始必須要連跳三次沒有失誤可晉級。通過之後在跳箱上加一塊游泳專用的浮板,通過三塊浮板才可正式進入到第七段。

當孩子在跳箱時,老師必須要站在隨時可以幫助與保護孩子的地方,這樣孩子才會安心的跳箱。跳箱下的墊子厚度是要特別注意,以免有危險發生。

跳箱運動可以培養孩子的挑戰心

在運動當中有些是比速度,比遠,而跳箱是挑戰高度的一種運動,需要動頭腦和體力,更需要勇氣
