長平衡木遊戲

對幼兒期來說,平衡感、巧緻性和敏捷性等等的調整是最佳的發展時期,特別是小斑的小朋友比較容易跌倒,所以更要加強小班小朋友的平衡感。

      • 一開始在地板上劃上直線,先讓孩子在線上練習前進與後退。

      • 接著可做”拿東西平衡”,手拿墊板再放一顆乒乓球在上面,試試走地上的直線而不讓球掉下來。

      • 用繩子在地板上做曲線來走,之後手拿墊板加乒乓球試試看

      • 雙腳在平衡桿的兩側,用雙手在平衡桿上滾球。(可先來適應平衡感)

      • 利用平衡桿來玩遊戲,例如:坐著、站著、趴著或是躺著⋯.等等,這些都是用身體與平衡桿接觸的遊戲。

    以下是一些平衡桿的遊戲圖,在遊戲當中不僅有平衡感之外,更可以培養集中力、持久性和與人之間的人際關係。

    對平衡感覺很敏銳的孩子來說,他的IQ 相對也比較高

    平衡感覺好的孩子思考能力也跟著好,若是遇到困難時,判斷能力和想法也不會太偏差,能做多方面的思考而讓朋友也對他有信賴感。
