跳繩遊戲

對於第一次接觸到跳繩的人來說,或許有一點困難。但我們也是有看到一些小女生可以一邊跳繩一邊唱歌,看似很輕鬆的樣子。

跳繩是需要手與腳的平衡協調才可完成,所以對有些孩子來說還是有點困難。雖有些很會跑步的或是吊單槓的孩子也不見得很會跳繩,事前應該先瞭解與習慣繩子的使用是很重要的,所以先介紹一些繩子遊戲。

各種運動最基本的就是彈力,而跳繩就是一種可以訓練彈力的方法,許多運動選手也是從跳繩開始訓練的。每天只要花三分鐘的時間跳繩就可以保持一定的體力。跳繩是只需要一條繩子,並且不受體力,時間,技術和場地的限制,無論男女老少都適合的運動。

一般普通個人用的繩子是雙手拉著繩子的兩端,腳踩住繩子,手一拉的高度約在肩膀左右。而繩子的直徑約0.8公分也需要適合的重量。如果是要在室內玩時,地上可以鋪軟木墊,長約1.5公尺寬約1公尺,這樣一來不會破壞到原來的地板也有助於彈跳性。跳繩應該注意事項:跳繩時應用腳尖來著地,不可用腳跟因為會直接傷害到後腦。

跳繩可以訓練腳力,律動感和時間控制的協調

跳繩運動是跳躍的連續動作,可以訓練腳力,可以強化心臟。如果腳有力,當身體移動時就會比較順暢。
