球碰壁遊戲

Objectives
讓球滾動包括投球、踢球等動作,能夠與自己的身體技巧性配合球,進而進行活動,這有助於培養調整能力。發揮處理球的必要基本技巧,使對球的遊戲更加熟悉。設定具體目標,例如在牆壁上劃定目標靶,以提升正確的技能。此外,能夠遵守遊戲的順序,並且兩人以上合力完成,培養遵守順序及同心協力的精神。

4~5 歲的幼兒比較適合
Preparation Equipment
  • 園舍當中不介意被弄髒的牆壁,讓幼兒可以自由使用,或準備一塊木板供幼兒使用,如圖一所示。
  • 圖二顯示四歲兒童的起點為1公尺,五歲兒童的起點為2公尺。
Methodology and Development
  • 圖2:幼兒在2公尺線排隊等候,輪到的幼兒前進1公尺來玩球。玩完球後,交給下一位排隊者,然後到後面去排隊。
  • 圖3:以丟保齡球的方式來丟球。
  • 圖4:兩腳張開,用兩手將球推出。
  • 圖5:兩腳張開,用兩手將球往後推出。
  • 圖6:用拳頭將球擊出。
  • 圖7:球在地上彈一次後再接球,彈回後再接球。
  • 圖8:向牆壁丟球,彈回後再接球。
  • 圖9:老師輕輕地將球放下,幼兒再跑來踢球。
  • 圖10:兩人相互傳球後,再向球門踢球。
  • 丟遠的練習:如圖1所示,球要超過丟遠線的高度,從近距離開始再加大距離。
  • 盡量接著彈回的球,命中目標的練習:選定一個三角形為目標,將球射入目標內,從近距離開始逐漸加大距離。
Guidance Notes
  • 無論是丟球或接球,都要根據各個幼兒的能力來開始,熟練後再逐漸增加距離。
  • 除了上課時間外,也能在自由活動時間讓幼兒多練習。
  • 配合幼兒的能力,同時以4行一起進行,以節省時間提高效率。
