Ball games

對孩子來說球是一種很有趣的玩物,因為體積輕,又好拿,只要輕輕一推就會滾動,所以孩子對會滾動的東西特別感到興趣。也因為球具有彈性,當球在地上彈跳時會吸引住孩子的注意力。而當孩子在打球的這個動作,在他成長過程中可以刺激運動神經。對於孩子來說還是有各別差異的,要一起指導似乎是比較困難,但如果有充分的機會讓他多接觸球,相信他也是會變得很厲害的!所以在幼稚園裡應該需要有一個班級數量的球,以供孩子可以隨時隨地的玩。

各種球類的運動,唯獨足球比較適合幼兒來玩,對足球運動來說,是個對幼兒的綜合性運動能力提升的好運動,因爲需要一邊跑一邊用單腳來踢球和控制球。因此孩子需要腳力,速度,平衡以外,還要同時來思考距離與方向的感覺。所以玩球不只是對體能方面而已,對於物理知識和空間感覺,或是對數的基礎觀念都是可以用身體來親身體驗的。

 

讓孩子從球的滾動和彈性當中學習

因為球是圓形體,會滾動,當球灌滿空氣時,球就會有很大的反彈力,加上創意的話,就可有多樣式不同的玩產生,運動經驗多;球的玩法就會更廣同時也可以刺激運動神經。
