彈簧床遊戲

利用彈簧床的彈力來訓練腳力和玩得當中,培養平衡感,這是遊戲的目標,在遊戲中增加孩子的勇氣與調盤力之訓練,彈簧床是最佳的運動器材。

彈簧床一般常見的有:長方形,約1.2公尺X1.5公尺;圓形,直徑約1.2公尺,高度約30公分。

器材使用注意事項:

  • 彈跳時應踩中央,這樣一來周邊的彈簧條力較平均也較穩定。
  • 器材是否有完整。
  • 支撐架需要穩而不動搖。

遊戲中的注意事項:當孩子在玩時,應注意孩子的腳,尤其多人一起玩時,當孩子要下來時,應放軟墊以便孩子可以安全下來,或者等彈簧完全停時再下來。

指導正確的跳法

1. 雙腳應微開
2.上伸直膝蓋不要彎

持續在中央跳,且身體保持向上跳,而不是向外。

孩子都喜歡跳彈簧床,因爲就像袋鼠一樣碰碰跳,自由自在的享受快樂

因為具有彈性,所以再加上自己的腳力,可以彈跳得更高。熟練基本的彈跳之後,還可以加上許多不同動作變化。
