Box jumping is a difficult sport for toddlers, if you want to jump well, you need to start fast, have enough impulse, when you reach the pedals, there will be a natural spring, and your hands should be pressed on the front of the box (fingers should be open) when you land on the ground, the width of the two feet is the width of your own shoulders.
Because box jumping needs to be completed in a very short period of time, so in order to jump the box well should have the foundation in all aspects. There are nine levels of box jumping at Jen-Ho Kindergarten, and because children must have a solid foundation, they must jump three times in a row without making a mistake from the sixth level onward to advance to the seventh level. After passing, a special swimming board is added to the box, and only after passing three boards can the child officially enter the seventh section.
When children are jumping in the box, teachers must stand at the place where they can help and protect the children at any time, so that the children can jump in the box without any worries. The thickness of the cushion under the jumping box should be paid special attention to avoid any danger.
