Box jumping is a difficult sport for toddlers, if you want to jump well, you need to start fast, have enough impulse, when you reach the pedals, there will be a natural spring, and your hands should be pressed on the front of the box (fingers should be open) when you land on the ground, the width of the two feet is the width of your own shoulders.

Because box jumping needs to be completed in a very short period of time, so in order to jump the box well should have the foundation in all aspects.
