Balloon Umbrella game

In October 1960, when Mizutani visited YMCAs in the United States, he saw a parachute game in a small town in Los Angeles, which deeply attracted the author and he hoped that young children could play it as well. However, this parachute could not be found even in used condition in Japan as a result of searching everywhere. In an opportunity, I learned that there are many good shoemakers in the neighborhood of Kobe YMCA Chitose Kindergarten, so I experimented with making 20 of them and designed many parachute games. It was only with the help of many people that the parachute game was completed. The name of the parachute and balloon game is a combination of Parachute and Balloon.Para-BallonThe
