Spring Bed Games

Use the spring force of the spring bed to train the foot and play in the training, cultivate a sense of balance, which is the goal of the game, in the game to increase the child's courage and the training of the disc force, the spring bed is the best sports equipment.

Spring beds are generally common: rectangular, about 1.2 meters X 1.5 meters; round, about 1.2 meters in diameter and about 30 centimeters in height.

Notes on the use of equipment:

Instruction on the correct way to jump

1. Feet should be slightly open
2.Straighten your knees and don't bend them.
