Whether it's an inconspicuous roadside or a treetop where you have to raise your face and put up your toes to admire it, you and your children can definitely see that spring is enthusiastically announcing to the world that she has come to mankind! It's like overturning the master painter's can of paint: orange, gooseberry, and emerald green are the colors of spring; it's also like the most skillful perfumer is generously displaying his masterpieces: rich, elegant, and sweet, are all the smells of spring; of course, the fluttering butterflies and the busy bees have also become messengers of spring. Of course, the fluttering butterflies and the busy bees have become the messengers of spring, busy sending sweet invitations! Do you and your babies feel it?
Since birth, preschoolers have been familiarizing themselves with the environment and understanding things through the interaction of their senses of sight, taste, smell, touch and hearing, and through these interactive experiences, they gradually build up a sense of the world. March is the season of flowers, and it is also the best time to guide children to make use of their five senses to feel the changes and cultivate the power of observation.
If you don't have the chance to bring your little one to catch the crimson and pink "cherry blossom rain" in Alishan, don't have the time to go to Bamboo Lake in Yangmingshan to appreciate the beauty of white calla lilies blooming in full bloom, or drive to the mountain valleys in Tongxiao, Miaoli to smell the elegant pomelo blossom scent ......, as long as you pay a little attention to community parks in the vicinity of your home or the small flower gardens beside the red brick road, you can turn it into a "spring paradise" for you and your child. With a little attention, neighborhood parks near your home or small flower gardens along red brick roads can be transformed into "spring playgrounds" for you and your children. Dear parents, please accept the invitation to lead your children into the world of flowers to visit spring and discover this beautiful new world together!
Look at the colors of spring!
Want to get closer to spring? We suggest that you accompany your child to crouch down and look at the flowers from a close angle, so that you can more easily appreciate the variety of colors, shapes and postures. Some flowers look like colorful trumpets; others have five bunches of white petals surrounding an orange stamen, like a little star, which makes people full of happy associations!
Younger children will need more guidance from their parents, you can say to your child, "Wow, there are two colors of flowers here! There are two colors of flowers here, one is red and the other is yellow...". Ask your child which color he/she prefers.
If you have an older child with you, you can take the initiative and ask him to find out what is different and what is the same about the flowers. Or ask him to tell you what colors these flowers are. Share with your child as you play and look at the flowers!
