Physical Fitness Assessment Form

個月

(1) 跳上跳下

用電話簿或與它同大小的木板當跳板,雙腳站上跳下,後雙腳分開,連續跳六次。

(2) 平衡

在地上劃一線約2公尺長,頭上頂著布球,向前走到未端後再倒退走(不能向後轉)到起點

(3) 投球接球

在高於幼兒身高十公分處拉線,讓幼兒離線約一公尺處投球過線再跑到另一邊接球。

(4) 吊單槓

媽媽手拿竹竿讓孩子吊,雙腳不能離地,計時到幼兒手離開竹竿為止。

(5) 打氣球

以氣球當球,報紙捲成棒狀,媽媽丟球給幼兒打五次

(6) 腳指靈活度

手帕數張放在地上,讓幼兒用腳指去撿給媽媽,兩腳各做4次
