Objectives
Newspapers can be used in a variety of games to improve general athletic ability. Newspaper can be used in conjunction with your own movements to develop adjustability and movement skills. Newspaper can be easily changed in shape, and can be fixed with adhesive tape to train the skill of fingers. Cultivate the habit of taking good care of newspapers and organizing them after reading, thus cultivating the habit of paying attention to tidiness.

Methods and Developments for 3 year olds in small groups

The teacher gives each child a newspaper and tells them that today they are going to do some magic tricks while mouthing some incantations.

After the game, put the newspaper in a paper bag. If you want to play with newspapers at home, ask your parents first.

Methods and Developments for 4 year olds in the Middle Childhood Classes

The teacher gives each of the two children a piece of newspaper, as shown in Figure 2. Together, the children hold a piece of newspaper and move to the sound of the teacher's whistle or music.

When the teacher calls out to stop, children should pay attention that the newspaper should not be torn, and they should hear the whistle or music of the teacher before doing other actions.

Guidance Notes

For 3-year-olds, you can use a half-sheet of newspaper, and for 4-year-olds, when two of them are running together with a newspaper, you have to pay attention to the same speed of both of them in order to prevent them from falling down.
