看著手中的錶，已是下午六點十分了，還有六個小孩在等候家人來接，他們在老師的陪伴下，坐在活動室的石椅上，引頸望著大門外，期盼家人的出現。

看著一張張緊張不安的臉龐，心裡實在很不捨，因著父母工作必須晚下班之故，小孩從小就得適應早出晚歸的生活；日復一日、月復一月，特別是進入秋冬季節，孩子們特別敏感，太陽早下山，雖然才五點半，但暮色已蒼茫，心裡惦記著爸媽何時會到，不安的情緒也會浮現，尤其是當他的朋友一個個都回家時。

黑暗～反應害怕和不安全的感覺。有些國家在秋冬季節會調整日光時間，作息都往前調一小時，即十點變九點，下午六點變五點，充分利用白晝的時間。台灣沒有此計畫。

黑夜中開車、騎車，都得特別注意安全，尤其是載著小孩。

週二上午，進行娃娃車安全宣導，即搭車的安全，就娃娃車的外觀，內部座椅、配備，車子的年限、司機與隨車老師的資格，每日出車前應注意的事項，路上行車應遵守的規則，小朋友上下車和車上的秩序等，詳細的介紹，在麗娟老師、淑敏老師、佳莉老師的帶領下，對娃娃車的交通更加了解與認識。
