Thursday Outdoor Learning - Kaohsiung Museum of Science and Industry, took the Hingnan Bus tour bus, on the way back, the driver who was sitting on the side driving the bus said this to me. Apart from his concentration on driving, the driver was able to see the passengers' movements through the video on the bus. His praise made me feel honored as the principal, representing that Renhe's good quality is not just for nothing, and that the word "praise" can be easily put into my pocket even when I go out to teach outdoors, and to help introduce Renhe to my own grandchildren.

Apart from teachers' guidance, the role of parents is very important for the good performance of children. Especially in the age of childlessness, many young couples either don't have children or only have one child, resulting in children being loved but not disciplined. Family members always take great care of their children, even if they only see a mosquito, it is as if they are on the verge of being bitten by the mosquito. Under this kind of care, parents or grandparents choose to obey their children. When the child's personality is gradually formed, by the time the child needs to be taught, the child has already become accustomed to willfulness and is unable to be taught, and a good opportunity to teach the child is missed.

The so-called discipline does not necessarily mean physical punishment, but rather using various methods to tell children what is feasible and what is not. Parents should have the wisdom to use appropriate methods to teach their children. Otherwise, when children enter kindergarten at the age of two, three, four or even five and have to be corrected for inappropriate behaviors, they will have to spend twice as much time and effort, but the results will still be ineffective because they think that they can do it at home, but why can't they do it in kindergarten?

In the Father's Day celebration on Wednesday, there was a part where the children were asked to say aloud what they wanted to say to their dads. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, the children were encouraged to say aloud, "I love you dad, thank you dad, wish dad good health, wish dad peace and safety...". Among these words of blessing, "I love you, Daddy, thank you, wishing you good health, wishing you peace and safety..." was the most frequently said by the children.

What is the greatest responsibility God has given to fathers? To help his children to follow the right path, to establish a correct outlook on life and values, and to set a good example for them, as stated in Proverbs 22:6: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and he will not depart from it until he is old." Fathers should teach and discipline their children, recognizing their personalities and their God-given attributes, and cultivating their strengths: they should not be stubborn, but should influence them according to their abilities. The "right way" is to teach your children according to their personalities and characteristics, but not to be indulgent, prudent, fearful, and not to take them lightly. Let your children have the power to be happy and interesting people, and to stand firm in this diversified and competitive society.

The lyrics of a song called "Daddy" describes the position of a father in his children's hearts: "Call daddy when something is broken, look for daddy when you're tired, ask daddy when you don't understand, yell out to daddy when you're scared... ....". The original plan was to go to Hutoupi Scenic and Recreational Area in Xinhua for a barbecue, but due to Typhoon Sura, we decided to change the location to Kaohsiung Science and Technology Museum after visiting the place last Saturday, and it was a good thing that the location was changed, otherwise the trip would have been canceled in case of rain on Thursday.

Kaohsiung Science Craft Museum, a great learning center, children under the leadership of teachers, even the little children of the Diamond Family had a great time, learning through play, broadening their horizons, and opening up the field of learning.
