墊子遊戲 (2)

墊子有厚度也很柔軟就好像棉被一樣,孩子可安心的在上面玩、跳或是睡覺,而坐姿和睡姿都是人最安定的姿勢,所以墊子給人的是一種安全感與親密感。對幼兒來說,在墊子上上體育課不會讓他們有恐懼感,當孩子在一起抬墊子時也是遊戲的開始。因為墊子使得孩子有安全感所以孩子們都很喜歡在墊子上玩耍,例如在墊子上行走、翻滾•爬行、跳躍或是油條式的側滾,甚至讓孩子們趴在墊子上成一列,一位孩子從他們身上滾過因而有皮膚上的接觸,孩子都會玩得不亦樂乎。

當第一次學習前滾翻時,可在墊子上劃上雙手腳和頭的位子,好讓孩子較容易知道如何做。當第一步學會時,再慢慢指導孩子在翻滾時,頭應該是要讓眼睛能看到後面的位子,而小腿應該要縮起,身體成球狀才容易翻滾,再一次又一次反覆的練習之後,滾動的速度自然就會變快。再來可以挑戰頭不碰地的前滾翻,利用雙手用力壓墊子的力量翻,再用背部來接觸墊子。最後挑戰最高級的是不用雙手做前滾翻,翻過之後馬上站起來或是能連續翻好幾個,那就可成爲前滾翻高手了!

對於是墊子高手的孩子來說,當他遇到危險時,身體自然會有自我保護的動作反應,也比較可以減少受傷的機會。

身體要有柔軟度,那用墊子來做訓練是最適合不過的了!在墊子上可以自由自在的伸展或收縮來達到身體的柔軟訓練。
