The Municipal Education Bureau held an administrative meeting and an information system operation workshop on Tuesday and Wednesday at Gueijin Evergreen University and Anping City Hall respectively. Although the school year was in full swing, the new students were still adjusting to the new school year, so they had to leave their work and go to the meetings. Half of the time in the administrative meeting was spent on the introduction of laws and regulations related to early childhood care, covering the Early Childhood Care Act, the Education and Child Care Service Personnel Ordinance, the Labor Standards Act, and other related laws. After listening to the professor's sharing, the pressure became heavier, and my mind became even more stressed.

Every Friday, the principal will share with parents the kindergarten news of the week in writing. Since the principal is unable to talk to parents one by one, she uses the weekly newsletter, "From the Principal", to convey the news, so as to let more parents know about the big and small matters of the kindergarten as well as the things that they are looking forward to; the classroom teachers share their teaching every two weeks through written records and photographs. In addition, on Wednesdays, the Headmistress looks through each child's contact book and data book and makes notes, such as measuring body temperature, parents' signatures, etc. The Headmistress also takes note of the children's health and safety records.
