
Magnify others, minimize yourself
Many accomplished people are humble, taking responsibility but giving glory to their team or to others. They understand the importance of standing up in times of failure and bending down in times of success. To "minimize oneself and maximize others" is not condescending, but rather a form of self-confident humility. He said that when he was young, he always hoped to be seen and discovered, and often lamented that he could not meet his match. Later on, when the opportunity came and he had a stage to give his best performance, he was criticized for revealing his brilliance. He lamented that being a human being
