Community, Election Education and Disaster Awareness

Last week, in line with the theme of teaching, teachers took the children to visit and investigate the community. The children, who usually ride in and out of their parents' cars, walked in a familiar yet unfamiliar community and used their feet to learn about everything around them. This Wednesday, we continued this theme and invited Mr. Yip Fai-hong, the headmaster of Chongxin Li, where Renhe is located, to come to the school to share with the children about the community and the work of the headmaster of Renhe Li. The children were very curious and asked about the headmaster, some asked for his name, some asked for his age, and some asked for his school.

However, the one shortcoming is that some of the signatures of the parents are too artistic and cannot be written in a proper font so that the name of the person who filled in the form can be clearly seen, so one has to make an effort to read it, and the application will be returned. Message from the Director - Flashback 921

The Great Earthquake of September 21, 1988 in Nantou, Taiwan awakened the people of Taiwan to the importance of earthquakes. In order to pay tribute to the people who died in the earthquake and to be alert to the threat of natural disasters, the central government established September 21 as "National Disaster Prevention Day" in 2000 and held earthquake drills to take precautionary measures to minimize the possibility of injuries and deaths in the event of a disaster. At 1:47 a.m. on September 21, 1988, a powerful earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter Scale struck Nantou, located at the epicenter of the earthquake.
