[Campus Mask Wearing Requirements]
The wearing of masks in kindergartens is in accordance with the guidelines for epidemic prevention and management as follows: (1) Masks may be worn independently both indoors and outdoors on campus (wearing masks is not mandatory). It is recommended that masks be worn if there is a fever or respiratory symptom, if you are in a crowded place where you are unable to keep a proper distance or if there is poor ventilation, and if you are riding on a public conveyance (e.g., a special vehicle for kindergartens); and in health centers, masks are worn in accordance with the requirements of the designated places listed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (health care institutions). Health centers are required to wear masks in accordance with the regulations for designated facilities (medical care institutions) listed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. (b) When considering the needs of teaching, the health center is recommended to wear masks.
