Emotional Graduation Ceremony

Typhoon Dosu-Rei is approaching menacingly. According to weather reports and safety considerations, local chiefs announced a typhoon holiday on July 27 (Thursday), which was good news for office workers as the rain and wind were not too heavy on that day, thus earning them a day off from work for the typhoon. In the evening, the rain gradually intensified.
