Helping children deal with interpersonal conflicts

A child's cry came from the other side of the dormitory, I didn't know what was going on, so I went there to find out what was going on, but it turned out that the child's shoes had disappeared. Where did the shoes go? When we talked to the children, they said that someone had hidden them and that they were not wearing them.......and a little while later, a child said .... A little while later, a child said had been hidden by a child. I spent some time sharing with the children how they feel when their belongings are missing ..... In kindergarten, children make a lot of noise, split up, and have a lot of trouble with each other.
