A Word from the Head Gardener - What a joyous celebration of Christmas 2018!

On Tuesday, December 25th, the Western Christmas, we held an activity on a holiday full of love and care, which was very warm and welcoming. I was worried that the attendance of parents would be very low, but it turned out to be as high as 86%. There were many fathers attending, many grandparents, and of course, mothers were the most numerous, all of them came to the kindergarten with a happy heart and participated in the activities, which made the celebration even more lively. The two-hour program included children's performances, chorus, gift exchange, DIY gingerbread cookies, color drawing, and a special activity for the children.

Parenting is the best gift for children.

I went to a friend's house for dinner, and I saw her second-grade daughter say loudly at the table, "Mom, you're so stupid, your fried food is awful, I don't want to eat it! I was surprised that a child could talk to her mom like that. I was even more surprised that my friend didn't get angry and said, "Which dish? Which dish are you talking about?" I couldn't help it when I saw the child's bossy behavior, so I told her while she was washing the dishes that children should not be indulged.

Message from the Campus Director - Gratitude, Blessings, Payment and Giving

We have been organizing a series of activities such as Christmas celebrations, flea market sales to raise funds for disadvantaged groups, community visits to send good news and cards, and visits to churches, etc. We hope to take advantage of the Christmas season and the end of the year to lead the children to be thankful and blessed, and to learn to give and give in order to build a beautiful relationship with others, in addition to receiving love from parents, family members, teachers and teachers. In addition to receiving love from parents, family, teachers and teachers, children should also learn to give and give, and to build good relationships with others. This is the most important thing to learn in this age of childlessness.

Children are the future masters of the country.

After 2017, Taiwan's population distribution will be such that there will be more elderly people over 65 than teenagers under 14; in that case, the familiar slogan "children are the future masters of the country" will have to be changed to "silver hair is the future master of the country"! In the face of aging, the government has only introduced the "Old Age Pension" and "Maternity Incentive" as a solution that is better than nothing. As a matter of fact, the fact that there are more "silver hairs" than "children's faces" is not a matter of "old age pension" or "maternity incentives".

A Word from the Head Gardener - Footsteps of Christmas

It's Christmas again. Time flies, it's Christmas season again, and the children are infected with the joy of Christmas. Their joyful hearts increase with the addition of Christmas decorations in the park, and their moods become even more Christmas-like, and the display of flea market items makes them even more happy, which has become the topic of discussion lately. Every day, whenever there is a chance, you can see groups of children standing in front of the stalls, playing with the things they want, even when it is late, and the radio is calling for them to come to the market.

[Parenting] The Origin of the Flea Market Name

The origin of the flea market is generally believed to be between 1860 and 1870s in France began, when a large number of people in Paris to move from one place to another village to go, some of the large-scale household goods are difficult to transport, so we took out to auction, which formed the so-called second-hand trading market. A Message from the Principal - School Safety and Sports Fun

At less than eight o'clock, at the end of the corridor, two cute little girls, carrying a bag in their hands and school bags on their shoulders, walked one after the other on the yellow line toward the classroom, saw the principal not forgetting to say good morning, sat down on the bench in front of the classroom, took off her shoes calmly, brought the bag in her hand and shoulder into the classroom, and took out the items in the school bags one by one and placed them in the designated positions in an orderly fashion, and wore the shoes after finishing. After organizing and putting on her shoes, with a happy and confident smile on her face, she went to the classroom one after the other.

Parenting】《Small Boat, Moving Forward》Learn how to let go and let your child move forward.

I love reading illustrated fairy tales because they are not wordy but meaningful, and the meaning they convey through the story is often more effective than what we adults have said a thousand times. We only have to look at the way a child listens to a story and pays attention to it to realize its appeal. The same is true of this book: a little boy makes a boat out of a tin can, a pencil, a cork and a small piece of white cloth. People treasure their own toys because they are so unique that they can't be bought. Where did he go?

A word from the head of the garden - the big banyan tree is very impressive.

"The big banyan tree has a big straw hat on its head and long beards, and every family calls the banyan tree uncle, and the children look for each other at the foot of the tree, and the grown-ups play chess and laugh together". We were asked to recite a song describing the banyan tree. We could only hear the voices of a few children from the Cornell family, but the other children were not yet familiar with it, so we led them to recite the song one by one, and picked out a few phrases to test their understanding of Taiwanese phrases. I asked the children what the name "Yung Chai Bo" was. One child said it was a banyan tree.
