Planning really can't keep up with change! With the end of the semester approaching and an event coming up on Saturday, what was originally scheduled for Wednesday has changed due to the city government's announcement of class closures and suspension of classes as Typhoon Madame hit Taiwan. Although there was a TV report about the typhoon, I thought that Tainan would not be affected by the typhoon as it was coming from Huadong. However, it turned out to be a heart-piercing typhoon, and the county and municipal governments dared not be careless and suspended classes and classes all over Taiwan, taking the lives and properties of the people as the most important consideration.
