Message from the Director
The weather, which was so hot that you only needed to wear short sleeves, was disrupted by the onslaught of a strong continental air conditioner. The temperature dropped drastically early Thursday morning, and the wind was so strong that you needed to wear a thick coat to keep warm. There is a proverb that describes the weather - "Spring weather is like a baby's temper - it is unpredictable and unpredictable, crying at one time and laughing at another". Because of the weather, we are afraid to let children go out for the whole day.
