Message from the Director

Last week, I saw on TV news that an 8.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Chile, which is far away from South America, and the tsunami caused by the earthquake might even affect us in Taiwan. Luckily, the tsunami was a false alarm in the end, but in the news report, the disaster caused by the earthquake in Chile was very serious, and a lot of highways and buildings have collapsed, which has also caused hundreds of casualties. Yesterday morning, Thursday (3/4), when teachers and children were preparing for outdoor activities, I happened to be in the office at that time.

Ms. Wang Xiuyuan (brain trainer) was invited to speak to a group of high school students about the dangers of online dating. Knowing that children at this stage of life are not only opinionated and critical of lectures, but also realizing that it would be difficult to attract their attention because the academically oriented Obasan lacked the light and fervor of an idol, I thought of using love, which is the subject of their greatest curiosity and concern, as the introduction to the lecture. I raised the picture book in my hand and told the older children, who had a hard time settling down, that I had to tell a story at the beginning of the speech, and that this group of people would be very happy to hear it.
