Over the past two to three years, the Nursery has continued to invest in improving the school environment in order to provide a safer, more comfortable and cleaner learning space for the children.
From the activity room to the first and second floor classrooms, dormitory flooring, curtains, classroom doors, windows, toilets, front and back doors, PU flooring, campus painting, audio equipment, monitors, etc., we invested a lot of manpower and funds, and fortunately, with the support of government grants, we were able to complete the planned project successfully.
A Little Bit of Remodeling: Walking with Heart and Challenge
The project has brought a new look to the campus. The implementation process was full of challenges. The construction days of the project had to fit in with the time of the vendor, and it was insisted that the construction had to be carried out on a holiday, as there had been a good understanding between the two parties over a long period of time, and the vendor was able to meet the requirements of the campus.
The renovation of three old houses around the kindergarten is also underway at the same time, and there is a great deal of activity. The sounds of drilling and banging are heard all the time, and the rattling and clattering sounds are endless. However, the renovation work is only temporary, so we can all be sympathetic to each other.
On one occasion, a worker stepped into the garden space without informing the school and stepped on the lighting cover at the back of a classroom, causing the cover to break and nearly injuring himself in a fall.
Luckily, Hellen's mom noticed it right away, notified the director of the school, asked the project manager for clarification, and told her that such behavior is against the law, and finally solved the problem properly.
New Weather, Starting from the Campus
The renewed campus has a brand new atmosphere, as if reminding us that a new beginning is just around the corner. With the arrival of the Year of the Snake, the Chinese New Year, soon to be celebrated, this renewal and remodeling symbolizes "out with the old and in with the new", injecting new hope for the new year.
Looking forward to 2025: a continuum of positive energy
In 2024, Taiwan's word of the year was "corruption," perhaps reflecting the community's concern and distaste for politics, justice, and fraud, and in 2025, we look forward to a new chapter of positive energy. Just as education authorities expect teachers to guide children with positive discipline, we expect more warmth and positive energy to be injected not only into kindergartens, but also into homes and campuses, cities and countries.
May all children grow up in love and hope in 2025, and the society be filled with positive forces so that every day will be a new beginning. We also wish every parent and child a happy, safe and healthy New Year, and a brand new year full of hope and happiness!
