Physical Fitness Assessment Form
(1) Jumping up and down
Use a telephone book or a board of the same size as it as a springboard, jump off with both feet, then separate your feet and jump six times in a row.
(2) Balance
Draw a line on the ground about 2 meters long, hold a cloth ball over your head, walk forward to the end and then walk backwards (no turning backwards) to the starting point.
(3) Pitch and catch
Draw a line 10 centimeters above the child's height and let the child go about one meter away from the line to throw the ball across the line and then run to the other side to catch the ball.
(4) Lifting Lever
The mother holds a bamboo pole in her hand and lets the child hang from it, without taking her feet off the ground, until the child's hands leave the pole.
(5) Ballooning
Use a balloon as a ball, a newspaper rolled into a stick, and the mom throws the ball to the toddler five times.
(6) Flexibility of the toes
