單桿遊戲

當孩子會自主性去玩的運動遊戲都是腳的運動遊戲,如則走、跑、跳等這些動作來構成的,但是單槓卻是需要腳離地用手的力量來支撐身體的重量,或是用肚子和腳來支撐,當腳離開地面身體在空中,這對第一次接觸的孩子來說,身心都會感到不安及恐懼,我認爲對於幼稚園的孩子身高而言,桿子的高度降低到70公分比較合適,而單槓下必須擺放軟墊,以防萬一孩子鬆手了,也不會感到害怕。

對一般大中班小朋友,如站在單槓前將腳後跟抬高,那他的肚臍將會和單槓一樣高,只需手一握緊,頭向前傾,重心向前,那就很容易前滾翻了,當孩子在翻時,在旁指導的老師,必須特別小心,孩子的手必須握緊單槓,或是幫忙一起握,這點對於孩子的安全非常重要。

從單槓遊戲中可以得到:

  1. 平衡感覺律動與時間感調整力。
  2. 可使背、胸、肩等關節肌肉發達。
  3. 因在空中的變化很多,可刺激中樞神經。

只有單槓能把 身體懸在空中運動

單槓遊戲對幼兒來說是可以獲得冒險心、探求心、勇氣及努力果斷之欲求的一種運動。
